A Confidential Call
Call (866) 329-6639 any time — 24/7, 7 days a week. You'll speak with a real person. Tell us what's going on. No pressure, no obligation, just an honest conversation.

Step 02
Clinical Assessment
We conduct a thorough clinical intake — substance use history, mental health history, trauma history, current living situation, and support network. This determines the appropriate level of care.

Step 03
Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance benefits — what your plan covers, your out-of-pocket cost, and any pre-authorization requirements. This is free and confidential.

Step 04
Level of Care Recommendation
Based on the clinical assessment, we recommend PHP, IOP, or OP. We explain the recommendation, answer your questions, and adjust if your situation warrants it.

Admission & First Day
Admission paperwork is completed, your treatment team is introduced, and your first day of programming begins. The clinical team walks you through what to expect.

Your first day
What to Expect on Day One
The first day at Anchored Tides is intentionally gentle. You'll meet your primary therapist, be introduced to the clinical team, and have an orientation to the schedule, the space, and the people. You won't be pushed into heavy clinical work on day one.
You'll also meet the other women in your program — and experience, often for the first time, being in a room of people who understand without needing explanation. Most women describe that first group session as one of the most significant moments of their treatment.
Admissions FAQs
The initial call can happen immediately. Insurance verification typically returns within 1–3 business days. If urgency is clinical — a woman needing to begin treatment quickly — we expedite the process. Don't let process concerns keep you from calling.
