Welcome to Anchored Tides Recovery, a drug & alcohol treatment program for women by women in Orange County, California.

A Treatment Plan Built Around You

Therapy at Anchored Tides moves between evidence-based modalities and the slower, body-aware work of trauma recovery. Each woman's plan is built individually, with input from her clinical team and her own goals for the life she's returning to.

    The core of all our treatment: one-on-one sessions, women's groups, family work, and dedicated space for grief and loss.

    A credential we worked hard to earn. EMDR is the most evidence-supported method for resolving trauma and the way we treat what underlies addiction for so many women.
