Our Clinical Model
Anchored Tides Recovery provides a complete outpatient continuum — Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) — designed exclusively for women.
Our clinical model is trauma-informed, with EMDR, DBT, and CBT supported by holistic adjuncts including surf therapy, breathwork, and yoga. The program is delivered across outpatient levels of care in a setting designed exclusively for women.
